how to take a sample
If you bring the sample to a showroom yourself. The sooner it reaches the laboratory, the more accurate the results.
- Take a clean plastic bottle from shop-bought drinking water — 0.5 l is enough. Not one from a sweet drink.
- Open the tap and let the water run for 10–15 minutes.
- Rinse the bottle with that water and fill it to the very top, so that no air stays under the cap.
- Put the bottle in an opaque bag — the water must not stand in the sun.
- Bring it the same day. If you cannot, keep it somewhere cool.

How soon will I get the results?
A courier collects the sample within 2–4 business days; we e-mail the results within 5–10 business days.
Is the rapid test enough?
The rapid test shows 3–4 main indicators. Choosing a filtration system needs the full test — 15–20 indicators.
How often should water be tested?
At least once a year: water quality changes with farming, construction and the state of the pipes.
Can I bring the sample myself?
Yes — to our showroom in Vilnius, Klaipėda or Šiauliai.
