Activated Carbon Filter Cartridge FCCBKDF

The FCCBKDF activated carbon cartridge is designed for filtering cold drinking water. The FCCBKDF cartridge must not be used with microbiologically contaminated water or water of unknown origin.

The FCCBKDF activated carbon cartridge, made from coconut shell activated carbon, removes chlorine from the water (improving the water's taste and odor). The polypropylene fiber removes mechanical impurities from the water, such as sand, silt, and rust. In addition, the fiber creates a barrier that protects against the penetration of filtering particles from outside. This allows the FCCBKDF cartridge to be used ahead of a capillary membrane.

Advantages of the FCCBKDF cartridge:

- Contains activated charcoal and KDF filler media;

- Removes heavy metals (lead, arsenic, mercury, cadmium);

- Removes iron compounds and hydrogen sulfide;

- Removes pesticides;

- Removes up to 99% of free chlorine from the water;

- Removes phenol and benzene from the water

- Removes mechanical impurities (sand, rust);

- Improves the taste and odor of the water;
