Activated Carbon Filter Cartridge FCCBKDF2

The FCCBKDF2 cartridge is designed for filtering cold water. It consists of three layers:

*The first layer - (KDF filler media) removes hydrogen sulfide, pesticides, heavy metals (lead, arsenic, mercury, cadmium), and iron. It protects against the development of bacteria and viruses.

*The second layer (softening media) replaces calcium and magnesium ions with sodium ions.

*The third layer (coconut shell carbon) removes chlorine from the water and many aromatic compounds (improving the water's taste and odor).

The FCCBKDF2 cartridge includes a safety filter that protects the filtering particles from the outside. We recommend installing a housing with a sediment cartridge ahead of it, so the activated carbon cartridge lasts longer.
